Signal Technolgy, Chandler AZ STC Microwave Systems, formerly Signal Technology Corporation Arizona and California Operations, has been designing and manufacturing custom Microwave Components, Oscillators and Subsystem products for the more than 30 years and has grown to become the premier designer and manufacturer with its Microwave Integrated Multi-Function Assembly (MFA) products. We are recognized as a market leader in Custom Microwave Products and Services.

Olektron, Beverly MA

Our Microwave Systems Solutions are typically integrated into complex systems and subsystems which require precision frequency generation, conversion and management. STC designs and manufactures custom microwave products using frequency generation, synthesis and conversion components and assemblies from raw materials to finished products, and produces various integrated packages, including associated control and conditioning electronic assemblies.

We participate on virtually every major U.S. Defense program, a significant number of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs and a number of Space satellite programs. We participate on a number of major platforms for defense applications, commercial satcom and numerous precision measurement, instrumentation and sensor equipment for industrial applications such as level detection, general avionics and telecommunications.

We are dedicated to meeting customer requirements for cost, performance and delivery in products that bridges the entire microwave frequency range.

Our History

STC Microwave Systems was officially formed in June, 1968 in Scottsdale, Arizona as part of Omni Spectra, Incorporated. Started as a research and development laboratory in October 1966, the company was acquired by M/A-Com Incorporated in 1980, Signal Technology Corporation in 1991 and subsequently Crane Co. in 2003.

STC Microwave Systems did have a site in California that started in 1967 as Addington Laboratories and subsequently acquired by Signal Technology Corporation in 1989. California Operation expanded through organic growth as well as strategic acquisitions of former well known microwave companies, including Western Microwave, FEI Microwave Components, Systron Donner, Innowave, and Omega Microwave.

Company Locations

STC Microwave Systems is located in Chandler Arizona and in Beverly Massachusetts (Olektron).
