- We will advise action taken or ship within 4 hours of request

Imminent AOG or work stoppage

Part required in less than normal lead time

We will advise action taken within 7 days

- City
- State
- Country
- Aircraft Tail number
- Part Number
- New order or Warranty/Repair?
- Part is already at our facility or on its way?
- PO number
- Ship to Address
- Preferred Carrier
- If New Order – Quantity and Date required
- If Warranty and Repair – Serial Number, Date shipped to us and how (Air waybill
and carrier if known)
