High Power PIN Diode Microwave Switch
Signal Technology Olektron Operation has entered the
High Power PIN Diode Microwave Switch
market segment. Switches operating within
the range of 100 MHz to 18 GHz, operating at power levels of up to 400W CW or
4KW peak, represent new capability for the Olektron Operation. Standard
offerings will begin with a 100 Watt SPDT design. Custom devices are also being
offered.

Radio Frequency (RF)
Signal Technology's Radio Frequency
Switch Matrix Products are the pinnacles of performance for receiver front-end
radio frequency switching. Many different frequency bands and ranges are
available. These devices feature broadband frequency coverage and ultra wide
dynamic (amplitude) range. Each unit's low noise floor and high intercept points
