Crane Aerospace & Electronics offers electronic, electric, sensor and motion control capabilities on passenger service applications through our P.L. Porter brand.

P.L. Porter pioneered the Hydrolok^®, the first hydraulic aircraft seat recline device, in the 1940's. Since then, Porter has continued to provide innovative solutions with new position control technologies, including the Mechlok^®, a linear mechanical actuator, various mechanical and hydraulic controls. Our newest innovation is the iMOTION^TM system, a sophisticated computer controlled electronic seat actuation and comfort control system for first and business class seating.

Our Cabin Solutions are available in either power or manual configurations.
