Battery Charge Optimizer
ELDEC's new
Battery
Charge Optimizer (BCO)
gives you a low-cost, low-weight method to get the most out of
your aircraft battery. It is ideal for use on aircraft in which
the battery is typically charged off the DC bus. The BCO
connects between the DC bus and the aircraft battery to regulate
the voltage on the battery. This maintains capacity and reduces
water loss to increase your maintenance intervals. By optimizing
your battery's performance, you can actually use smaller,
lighter and less expensive batteries in many applications.
Battery Charger, Blue Sky
The
Blue Sky Battery
Charger (part number 81-025) gives you the performance and
reliability proven in ELDEC’s extensive line of battery chargers
in a new, small light weight package. The charger is fully
programmable and can be configured for use with any 24V NiCd or
Valve-Regulated Lead Acid batteries in use on today’s aircraft.
Battery Charger Upgrade

ELDEC has developed a new, advanced
Battery Charger
Upgrade (part number 8-930) for the Boeing 737-600/700/800/900, 747-400, 757 and 767
aircraft. It is a form, fit and function replacement for the
existing ELDEC battery chargers on these airplanes. The new
Battery Charger provides significant cost-of-ownership
advantages to operators -- including higher reliability,
enhanced fault isolation, built-in test capabilities, and
compatibility with the new SAFT Ultra Low Maintenance (ULM)
battery.
