ELDEC has over 30 years of experience in
designing and manufacturing high quality, high reliability, low and
high voltage power supplies for military and commercial aerospace
CRT and AMLCD display applications.
High Voltage Power Supplies
A typical ELDEC high voltage power supply
operates from either 28 VDC, 270 VDC, or 115 VAC, 400 Hz, single- or
three-phase power. It provides regulated outputs for the anode,
focus, grid 1, grid 2 and heater power. ELDEC high voltage power
supplies can accommodate the stringent requirements of dynamic focus
and provide anode output voltages of up to 33 KV.
To add to our range of offerings, ELDEC acquired
the Venus Scientific line of high voltage power supplies in 1993.
The Venus Scientific line consists mainly of CRT and avionic
application high voltage power supplies used on military platforms.
Today, ELDEC is continuing to support many of
the old Venus products wherever possible. Many products have been
updated to rid them of obsolete part and manufacturing issues.
Others have been redesigned using the latest in SMT technology to
allow ELDEC to continue to support the platform while keeping the
costs down. In some cases, ELDEC can still repair the Venus units
that are no longer in production.
