May 14, 2007 – Crane Aerospace & Electronics, a segment of Crane Co.
(NYSE: CR), announces the appointment of Samantha (Sam) Ziesel as
Aerospace Group Director, Customer Service. In this capacity, Ziesel
will be responsible for Aerospace Group product support, field service
engineering, technical data and publications, and customer satisfaction.
Additionally, she will be responsible for management and administration
of the Voice of the Customer (VOC) process.
Before joining
Crane, Ziesel was Director of Customer Service and Operations - North
America for SITA, a leading global service provider of IT business
solutions and communications services to the air transport industry. She
has over 20 years of experience in customer service leadership.
